PDF patterns are digital files and are sent to your email address you provided at check out. Once payment is confirmed you will receive the order of the PDF file. If you do not receive your file please contact NS Designs at this link Contact.

At this time we are not shipping physical products. There are products at Velmur Boutique and you can see what is in stock at this link Boutique.

STANDARD RETURN POLICY 

You are welcome to return purchased items within 7 days of purchase date and the refundable amount will be calculated as the original price less packaging/shipping fees paid.  Item must be in NEW, UN-used condition.  Products purchased on sale, Final sale, are non-refundable.  Please contact us for return authorization number prior to returning any items.   

PDF AND DIGITAL FILES ARE NON REFUNDABLE

Due to the nature of digital files we do not accept returns nor issue refunds on PDF patterns or other digital products. 

CUSTOMIZED OR SPECIAL REQUEST DESIGNS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
